Epic Days Are Epic

DSC_0267The world is spinning and I don't feel a thing. Days with people I love, days I miss others who are left back in my hometown, days of success and creativity. Laughing, baking, wondering around the city, listening to beats and just dancing not giving a damn. This is how life should have been in the first place.
This is just a short post for me to do two things: First of all, I got my article published in one of the best Greek free press newspapers, LIFO. Last weekend, it was the "'Fantastic '80s" weekend and I was asked by Vam33 to write an article about this decade. Spent some days watching the classic '80s teen movies and BAM the article was ready. I'm really proud! You can read it here . However, it is written in Greek so all of you non-Greeks, I promise there will be another article written in English just for you (or a translated version of this one).
Secondly, I wanted to tell you something these days have taught me. Enjoy every minute, and even if it is not a great moment, it is up to you to make it one. Find a reason to be happy and turn your back to everything negative and meaningless. If you are not in the mood, force yourself to smile and then it will come naturally. And then you can watch Jersey Shore and realize that are worse things in life and feel good about yourself.

Blogging and wine and nylon! Not a bad day, not just a bit epic in the best sense.
